Gluten Free Snack Attack


There should be no question that there is nothing healthy to snack on.  Bananas and peanut butter should be a household staple.  Loaded with vitamin B6, magnesium, vitamin C, potassium, fiber and more, Bananas not only are a healthy treat but a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth.  Peanut butter on the other hand, should be eaten in "moderation".  If you love peanut butter to the point you can eat scoop after scoop, then ditch it, because the calories are what will do you in!  A banana with a light spread of peanut butter here and there can be beneficial.  Peanut butter is packed with the similar nutrients of a bananna, fiber and protein, vitamin in E, B6 and potassium.  One of the great things about peanut butter, is that it helps fight cravings and is deemed very filling.  Perfect for a midday snack or even a late breakfast.
