Jamie's "ALL-IN" White Bean Chili

Everyone loves chili! Try out my recipe for my white bean chili and your guests will love the spin on a classic dish!


  • Pre prepare cooked bacon
  • Mince carrots, celery, onion, garlic, parsley, mini yukon gold potatoes &  cube turkey breast.  Grape tomatoes in quarters.
  • Also need turkey chop meat, chop it up.
  • In a deep pot, sauté garlic in EV olive oil
  • Add onion, and all diced veggies, one by one. 
  •  Add parsley
  • Add potatoes
  • Add can Goya "small" white beans
  • 1 can yellow corn
  • Stir for a couple min and add vejetable broth
  • Add 1 bouillon cube
  • Add all cubed turkey breast & summer 
  • Add 3/4 can - 1 can tomato purée 
  • Add tuekey chop meat
  • Add lg pcs crumbled bacon
  • Add freshly shaved parmesian cheese
  • Add Coating S&P
  • Add coating of chili powder
  • Add coating of Tobasco
  • Add rice
  • Add  shredded Mexican cheese

Serve w dollop of sour cream , shredded Mex cheese and fresh croutons, fresh chopped tomato & bacon 

To make croutons:

  • Chop up stale bread any/variety
  • In a mixing bowl place cubed bread
  • Coat w  EVOO
  • Coat w garlic powder, fresh chipped parsley, S & P
  • Toss
  • Spread on baking sheet & place in oven
